1) This weekend we are working together with several other local churches once again to put on Bethlehem Revisited, a walk-through drama, in which the whole story of the Bible is told, centered on the advent of Jesus.

• Please pray for good weather so that thousands of people will come and hear the gospel

• Please pray for good health for the folks on the caste and crew, and for stamina through the three long nights outdoors in the Kansas winter, so that we can present the gospel without distraction.

• Please pray for God to prepare the hearts of our guests with faith to believe the good news of Jesus! The event is this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 5:30 – 9:30pm.

2) Our Kansan Celts Christmas album, which I’ve been working on for three years, is now live on commercial music streaming platforms! Please listen to it on “repeat” and recommend it to your friends! • The popularity of an album’s first two weeks of play is how music companies decide whether a new album is good enough to promote to more listeners. Please pray that many more people will discover this album and hear the gospel messages in it.

• iTunes canceled our album, and we don’t know why. Could you pray that they would reconsider and carry it after all?

3) Our son Amos has finally found a good publisher for his Gwambi Tetrology, a fantasy-adventure story with a Christian worldview, set in a colonial era of history. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the first drafts of his Gwambi Tetrology over the last few years, and I highly recommend them to adult and mature teen readers. This is the fruition of many years of work for him, and we are excited to see the first book of his series finally available for pre-order (https://wisepathbooks.com/products/my-fathers-land?mc_cid=6107edb128&mc_eid=edb3af62e9), scheduled for release at the end of this month!

• Pray for God’s blessing upon Amos and his family and that this book would find a wide audience.

• Pray for God’s guidance upon Amos as he juggles the many demands of his day-job, his family, and other church and social responsibilities on top of writing and marketing these books!
